Flavour Bastard take vibrant flavours from around the world; remove rules and traditions, add a bit of creativity — situated in SoHo they’re out to impress with the copper clad restaurant so having an impressive centre piece on the bar is important

The cellar work for this was a classic Central London job – tight spaces, twisting corners, low ceilings but the finish was particularly rewarding on this one. The team really had an eye for style and had gone for a tarnished copper theme through out the restaurant, we advised several options for 6 out taps and settled on a Brass T-Bar. Everything about the tap was custom selected from the russet finish to the wooden handles.
