Brick Brewery have been running their taproom and brewery out of an archway underneath Peckham Rye station since 2013. As one of the bars of choice for Peckham’s discerning beer drinkers the space is always packed out on a Weekend. Following the move of their brewing space to a new site Brick Brewery wanted to expand their existing Taproom space to use the space that had been taken up by the brewing equipment.

Into quite a small cellar space we installed 20 draught lines and 3 real ale lines. The 2 remote coolers have been placed outside of the taproom in a specially made enclosure which allows us to run a split temperature system. Half of the taps run at a slightly warmer dispense temperature allowing the carefully crafted hop flavour profiles to take prominence when served.
