Ridgeside Brewing Co – Boa

Blackcurrant Graff.
Half a metric ton of Hogan’s own apple juice in primary fermentation alongside an all pale malt base; followed by addition of blackcurrant – in both juice and tea format (courtesy of Boutilliers). A beer/cider hybrid. Forget snakebite; meet Boa.

Brass Castle Brewery – The Western Wall

Strudel Weissebier. Apple and cinnamon are to the fore in this moreish wheat beer – overlaying the more regular phenolic & estery notes expected of a weisse. Gluten-free and the second of the Bigger Picture series – a treasure map that features Yorkshire myths and legends, alongside clues to a very real stash of gold.

Brick Brewery – Peckham Pils

A core range beer available in Keg and Bottle. Peckham Pils has been a style we’ve produced from day one. We were one of the very first micro-breweries in London to produce a lager style beer and it is now our most popular beer. A Czech style lager the predominant hop is the classic noble Saaz which adds pleasant earthy, floral, citrus, spicy and herbal overtones to the beer. Bittering comes from magnum hops. The beer is lagered – held at zero degrees for up to three weeks. This “cleans” the beer resulting in a crisp and refreshing finish.
