1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Love Beer. By purchasing from our website or any authorised sales channel, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or an approved sales representative.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, as it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 in the UK.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other approved payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout unless there is an obvious pricing error.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1. Shipping Options

  • Free UK Shipping: Orders placed before 12 pm on Monday will have an estimated delivery by Monday the following week.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-4 working days (Monday-Friday).
  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10 am (Monday-Thursday) will be delivered the next working day.

3.2. Use of Third-Party Couriers & Delivery Process

  • We use UPS, a third-party shipping provider, for all deliveries.
  • Customers will receive an email notification from UPS once their goods are in transit, including tracking details.
  • Customers can track their parcel at any time using UPS Tracking Support: UPS Tracking.
  • Once in transit, customers are responsible for contacting UPS directly for delivery updates.

3.3. Delivery Responsibility & Refunds for Delays

  • Free Shipping: If you select free shipping, no refund will be provided for shipping delays that are not our fault, as long as the keg is eventually delivered.
  • Standard & Next Day Delivery: If your keg does not arrive within the promised timeframe due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
  • Delivery Conditions: All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18+). Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1. Change of Mind

  • If you decide to return a keg after delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The keg must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition for a return to be accepted.
  • If the keg is already in transit and you change your mind, you must accept delivery, notify us immediately, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. A £46 collection fee will apply for the return.

4.2. Faulty or Damaged Kegs

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged keg, you must notify us within 14 days.
  • We will arrange collection at no additional cost and offer either a full refund or a replacement keg.

4.3. Beer Quality & Consumption

  • Refunds will only be considered if the beer is found to be off, contaminated, or not fit for consumption.

4.4. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 3-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Love Beer is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, faulty products, or service issues.
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from improper handling, incorrect storage, or misuse of kegs after delivery.
  • Love Beer is not responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by misuse of kegs or tapping equipment.

6. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been dispatched.
  • If you wish to make changes to your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Legal Compliance

  • It is illegal to supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient of the delivery are 18 or over.

8. Flash Cooler & Lindr Bar Hire – Additional Terms

8.1. General Terms

  • By hiring a Flash Cooler or Lindr unit from Love Beer, the hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The rental includes the dispense unit only – the hirer must purchase beer and gas separately, as these are not included in the hire price.
  • The hirer confirms that they are competent in setting up and operating the equipment and understand that no faults or technical support can be dealt with on the event day.
  • Love Beer does not provide onsite installation, setup assistance, or troubleshooting after delivery – the hirer is responsible for ensuring they can operate the system correctly.

8.2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made at least 2 days before the event to allow for testing and setup.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make payment before the hire period starts will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure they order beer and gas from a suitable supplier in advance.

8.3. Delivery, Testing & Setup Responsibility

  • Love Beer does not deliver on weekends – all deliveries take place on weekdays only.
  • The hirer must test the equipment on the day of delivery to ensure it is working correctly before their event.
  • Any issues or malfunctions must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, allowing Love Beer the opportunity to resolve the issue before the event.
  • If the hirer does not contact Love Beer at least 24 hours before their event, it will be assumed that the equipment is working correctly, and no further support will be provided.
  • If the system breaks due to a fault where Love Beer is at liability, we cannot repair or replace the unit on the day of the event. Instead, we will offer a full refund plus a £50 goodwill payment.
  • The hirer accepts that Love Beer is not responsible for any further liability or losses caused by equipment failure, even if the equipment is faulty.

8.4. Returns & Late Fees

  • A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for return on the day after the hire period ends from the same delivery location.
  • The hirer must ensure the equipment is properly packaged and returned on time.
  • Late returns will incur a charge of £50 per day, plus an additional £50 collection fee if Love Beer arranges pickup.
  • The beer system must be fully flushed and cleaned before packaging – no leaks or residual beer should remain in the system.

8.5. Liability & Indemnity

  • Love Beer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from incorrect setup, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
  • The hirer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the equipment functions correctly and safely throughout the hire period.
  • Love Beer is not liable for any issues related to the beer or gas supply purchased separately by the hirer.

8.6. Agreement

  • By booking a Flash Cooler or Lindr unit, the hirer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
