Usage Guidance:
With Gas:
When connected to an external CO₂ gas supply, the Lindr unit preserves beer freshness for the same duration as traditional systems like flash coolers or kegerators, making it suitable for longer-term use.
Without Gas:
The Lindr features a built-in air compressor, allowing for gas-free operation. However, as it uses oxygen to dispense, the beer stays fresh for up to 3 days once tapped—ideal for weekend events, private functions, and short-term use.
Delivery Responsibility & Refunds for Delays
- Free Shipping:
- If you select free shipping, no refund will be provided for shipping delays that are not our fault, as long as the keg is eventually delivered.
- The estimated timeframe is an aim rather than a guarantee.
- Once the product is in transit, responsibility for tracking and managing the delivery lies with the customer.
- Standard & Next Day Delivery:
- If your keg does not arrive within the promised timeframe due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
- If you require changes to your delivery, please inform us, and we will liaise with UPS to accommodate your request.
- If you contact UPS directly and this leads to delays, Love Beer cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued for any delay caused.
- Delivery Conditions:
- All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18+). Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, redelivery may be subject to additional charges.
- UPS drivers do not carry company phones and cannot call recipients upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available during the estimated timeframe.
- If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect, the customer may be liable for additional shipping costs.

Use of Third-Party Couriers & Delivery Process
- We use UPS, a third-party shipping provider, for all deliveries.
- Customers will receive an email notification from UPS once their goods are in transit, which will include tracking details.
- Customers can track their parcel at any time using UPS Tracking Support: https://www.ups.com/gb/en/support/tracking-support.page.
- Once in transit, customers are responsible for contacting UPS directly for delivery updates.
- If customers need to make changes to their delivery details, they must notify us immediately so we can liaise with UPS.
Shipping Options
- Free UK Shipping: Orders placed before 12 pm on Monday will have an estimated delivery by Monday the following week.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-4 working days (Monday-Friday).
- Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10 am (Monday-Thursday) will be delivered the next working day.

Which gas should I use ?
Choosing the right gas is crucial for optimal taste and dispensing performance. Here’s a simple guide:
100% CO₂
Best for:
- Lagers
- Carbonated IPAs
- Sparkling wines
- Ciders
Note: When using 100% CO₂ long-term, an automatic regulator is highly recommended to ensure consistent carbonation and performance.
60/40 Mixed Gas (60% CO₂ / 40% Nitrogen)
Suitable for:
- Most beer and cider products
Caution: Not recommended for sparkling wines. After 10-15 days, this blend may affect the carbonation level of beers and ciders, potentially diminishing taste quality.
70/30 Mixed Gas (70% Nitrogen / 30% CO₂)
Best for Guinness and Nitro Beers:
- Guinness (essential for authentic creamy head and texture)
- Other stouts (Murphy’s, Beamish, oatmeal stouts, milk stouts)
- Porters (especially nitro porters)
- Cream ales and nitro ales (e.g., Boddingtons, Caffrey’s Irish Ale)
- Nitro IPAs and nitro pale ales
- Nitro red ales (Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale)
- Nitro cold brew coffee beers
Using pure CO₂ for these beers can result in excess carbonation and foam, negatively affecting their characteristic smoothness. The 70/30 blend ensures the creamy mouthfeel, smooth texture, and the cascading pour that these beers are known for.
