1. Introduction

3.1 Our acceptance of your order occurs when we email you an “Order Completed” confirmation. At this point, a contract is formed between you and us.

3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you. This might be due to stock unavailability, unexpected limits on our resources, pricing or description errors, or an inability to meet your delivery deadline.

3.3 An order number will be assigned to your order. It helps us if you reference this number when contacting us about your order.

3.4 Our website is for the promotion of our products in the UK only. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from outside the UK.

4. Our Products

4.1 Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display will accurately reflect the product colour.

4.2 If you provide measurements for a product, you are responsible for ensuring they are correct. Information on how to measure can be found on our website or by contacting us.

5. Your Rights to Make Changes

If you wish to make changes to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will confirm if the change is possible and notify you of any adjustments to the price, timing, or other necessary changes. If we cannot make the requested changes, you may end the contract (see Clause 8).

6. Our Rights to Make Changes

6.1 We may change the product to reflect relevant laws, regulatory requirements, or implement minor technical adjustments that do not affect product use.

6.2 We may also make more significant changes to these terms or the product, but we will notify you in advance. You may then choose to end the contract and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.

7. Providing the Products

7.1 Delivery costs will be displayed on our website.

7.2 We will inform you during the order process about delivery times. Unless specified otherwise, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

7.3 If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay. We are not liable for such delays, but if the delay is substantial, you may end the contract and receive a refund for unfulfilled orders.

7.4 If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt redelivery or leave the product in a safe place. If you are unavailable at the agreed time, we may charge an aborted call-out fee.

7.5 If you fail to collect the products or rearrange delivery, we may charge for storage costs and further delivery charges. Continued failure to collect or accept delivery may result in contract termination (see Clause 10.2).

7.6 You own the product once full payment has been received.

7.7 Alcohol products can only be purchased by individuals over 18. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we suspect the product may be supplied to minors.

8. Your Rights to End the Contract

8.1 Your rights to end the contract depend on what you have purchased, whether there is an issue with it, how we are performing, and when you choose to end the contract.

8.2 You may end the contract immediately if:

  • We have informed you of upcoming changes to the product or terms that you do not agree to.
  • There is an error in pricing or description.
  • There is a significant delay in product supply beyond our control.
  • We suspend the product supply for more than 3 months.

8.3 For most online purchases, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. Some exceptions apply, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sealed hygiene products if opened.
  • Downloadable digital content once you begin downloading.

8.4 If you choose to end the contract after receiving the product, you must return it to us at your expense unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

9. How to End the Contract

9.1 To end the contract, contact us via phone, email, or by completing the contact form on our website.

9.2 If products have already been dispatched, you must return them. We will provide return instructions and, in certain cases, a return label.

9.3 If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

10. Our Rights to End the Contract

  • You fail to make payment.
  • You do not provide necessary information for product supply.
  • You fail to accept or collect delivery.

10.2 If we end the contract for the above reasons, we may deduct reasonable compensation for costs incurred.

11.2 If you have legal rights to reject a product, you may return it in person, post it back, or arrange for us to collect it.

12. Price and Payment

12.1 Prices (including VAT) are as stated at the time of order. We take reasonable care to ensure accurate pricing.

12.2 If a pricing error is identified before order acceptance, we will notify you and request further instructions.

12.3 We accept payments via major credit or debit cards (excluding American Express). Payment must be made before dispatch.

12.4 If payment is late, we may charge a daily interest rate on overdue amounts and suspend product supply until payment is received.

13. Liability

13.1 We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by contract breaches or failure to exercise reasonable care.

13.2 We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or breaches of legal rights.

13.3 We are not liable for losses resulting from business use of our products.
