Hot on the heels of the beer we made in Sweden comes our return collaboration with Hazy IPA masters Stigbergets of Gothenburg. Our friend, Stigbergets lead brewer (and Huddersfield ex-pat) Oli joined us for another juicy and hazy brew. In addition to our house malt the beer uses lots of Oats for a soft mouthfeel and some Rye to add body. The hopping features a combination of CTZ, Simcoe, Mosaic and Vic Secret for layers of fruit goodness, and the London Fog yeast gives a slightly sweet finish and ‘pop’ like drinkability.
Malts: Golden Promise, Extra Pale, Malted Rye, Oat Malt, Acidulated Malt
Hops: T90 CTZ, Simcoe, Mosaic, Vic Secret. Cryo Simcoe, Mosaic.
Yeast: WLP066
