Strudel Weissebier. Apple and cinnamon are to the fore in this moreish wheat beer – overlaying the more regular phenolic & estery notes expected of a weisse. Gluten-free and the second of the Bigger Picture series – a treasure map that features Yorkshire myths and legends, alongside clues to a very real stash of gold.
