A very special Imperial Stout brewed with the finest speciality malts from Paul’s Malt. We have also added Madagascan vanilla beans and Ecuardorian chocolate which all results in a rich texture and multi layered flavours from the malts, balanced with a sweetness from the additions. A collaboration brew with Paul’s Malt.

Dual hop ipa with el dorado and mosaic
A thick malt bill trying to showcase brown malt, besides chocolate, roasted and some caramel malts. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and some Chinook as late hops.
Into the Haze, our IPA. Soft, juicy, citrus and tropical fruit laden IPA in our house style. This beer has clean malt structure, peachy yeast esters, and the saturated presence of Citra and Simcoe. Refreshing, clean and beautiful to drink!

DIPA with Citra Cryo, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade.
Twelve plus one or eleven plus two? Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Left Handed Giant, this DIPA is part of a side-by-side experiment to discover how each brewery interprets the same base recipe. The malt grist, water profile and hand-selected hops are the same in both but you may find the answer isn’t always 13.
Much like our efforts with TIPA versions of our original trio of Augment beers, it was only a matter of time until we completed our trilogy of condensed versions – finished here with Little Rosa. By far our most well-regarded and well known beer, we’ve challenged ourselves to bring all the incredible flavour notes, mouthfeel, and aroma down to a palatable and sessionable 5%. Never ones to turn down a challenge, the brew team have knocked it out of the park with this baby version of our headline beer. Featuring a fully reeled back 20kg hop bill of Mosaic, Enigma and Citra, and wrapped up in a big warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain.
Ahh Citra and Simcoe, where would we be without you? From that very first version we brewed way back in January 2018 for Chester Beer Awards, this hop combination has followed us right the way through – from DDH Pales all the way up to DIPAs on our dearly departed Originals range, all the way to today’s Augment range, we struggle to find a more consistent hop pairing, which is why we’ll always fall back to our first love. Uncanny Valley is Citra and Simcoe treated to all the tips, tricks and techniques we’ve learned over the last three years as a brewery – our bespoke LA3 yeast strain is working its magic here, holding all that incredible flavour in suspension, meaning all those pineapple, mango, and papaya notes are working full blast.
