Howling Hops – Sliced Not Diced

Sliced Not Diced is a Pineapple NEPA collaboration with Clapton Craft. We gave this beer a simultaneous addition of pineapple puree and dry hop charge (Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Amarillo and Citra). Naturally, this hazy pale ale is bursting with juicy pineapple aromatics. Tropical hop notes, a little natural fruity sweetness and a dry finish give it a smooth, easy-going personality.
