I contacted these guys on a bit of a whime as another brewery dropped out last minute. What I found was two of the most unique brewers i’ve come across. Specialising in sour brews a lot of their beers might not be to most tastes. This one however is all killer no filler.
I saved this review till last in the true natur of saving the best till last. I love a stout anyway, when done well they can be creamy a full bodied but this really takes it to the next level.
It’s a sweet and creamy brew with ever so slightly sour notes to finish. The vanilla just about pokes through enough to not over power the beer but just adds to the perfectly balanced combination of flavours the lads have managed to acheive with this.
